The above-mentioned countries recognize the European Cosmetics Regulation and, for the most part, the overall European cosmetics regulatory framework. Therefore, products notified in the CPNP can be sold in these countries.

The Swiss Cosmetics Regulation, while very close to the EU regulatory cosmetic Regulation 1223/2009, has its own specificities. For instance, even though you are already represented by an EU Responsible Person, you must have a Responsible Person in Switzerland (often the distributor).
