Position: Customer Relationship Manager (Full-Time)

Job Description
The Customer Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in our sales team by managing client engagements, negotiating contracts, and leading prospecting initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
– Managing sales processes, commercial negotiations, and client acquisition.
– Overseeing the follow-up of client projects, ensuring the timely delivery of expert documents and maintaining robust communication.
– Attending and enjoying trade shows worldwide, representing BIORIUS post-training.
– Collaborating with various departments to understand and meet client needs effectively.
Candidate Profile
– Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
– Experience: No previous experience required.
– Language Skills: Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
– Skills and Abilities:
– Strong commercial drive to manage existing clients and acquire new ones.
– Excellent organizational skills with a keen sense of prioritization.
– Proficiency in basic Office suite applications.
– Effective team player with a capability to propose innovative solutions.
– Personal Qualities: Flexible regarding hours, possesses a ‘Can Do’ attitude, enjoys the dynamics of trade shows, and is highly adaptable to change.
Travel Requirements
Willing to travel internationally to represent BIORIUS at various trade shows, which constitutes about 15% of working time.

Job Description
The Strategic Business Developer will be instrumental in driving new business opportunities, building long-term strategic relationships, and growing our presence in key markets. You will work to understand client needs, create tailored solutions, and position BIORIUS as a trusted partner in the cosmetic regulatory industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential business partners across retailers, manufacturers, distributors, and large accounts in Europe.
- Leverage an extensive network in the industry, including associations, clients, and various key actors in the market, to generate new business opportunities.
- Lead negotiations and close complex commercial agreements that align with BIORIUS’ strategic objectives.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market penetration.
- Represent BIORIUS at international trade shows and conferences, driving networking and brand visibility efforts.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, preferably targeting retailers, manufacturers, and distributors in the cosmetics industry.
- Extensive Network: Strong relationships with industry associations, clients, and key actors are essential to effectively develop and leverage new business opportunities.
- Language Skills: Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in German or any additional European language is a significant advantage.

- Strong strategic mindset with a proven track record of growing B2B relationships and closing deals in complex markets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a focus on value-based selling.
