About the position
Location: Wavre (BE)
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Growth Director with a strong track record in business development and growth leadership. Your mission will be to execute a clear strategic vision, structure and scale a sales team of ten people, and accelerate Biorius’ international expansion.
This role requires inspiring leadership — someone capable of mobilizing the team, raising the level of ambition, and building a culture of collective performance.
As Sales & Growth Director, you will take full ownership of the commercial strategy and its execution.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will structure and lead an international sales organization while ensuring profitable and predictable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Define and deploy the strategic vision and commercial plan to accelerate growth in priority markets.
- Structure and develop a team of approximately ten people, fostering a culture of performance, transparency, and collective commitment.
- Take full ownership of revenue, pipeline, and forecasting.
- Optimize sales processes and tools to strengthen predictability and execution efficiency.
- Actively participate in high-value strategic negotiations and support teams on key opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with scientific, operational, and marketing teams to support the development of new services.
- Contribute to Biorius’ visibility and commercial positioning through strategic partnerships, executive representation, and business-focused engagements.
The ideal candidate:
- 10 to 15 years of experience in B2B sales of high-expertise services, ideally in regulatory, scientific, or related sectors.
- Proven ability to drive structured and sustainable international growth.
- Strong experience leading and developing commercial teams, fostering autonomy and collective performance.
- Comfortable with sales data analysis, KPI-driven management, and action plan structuring.
- Combines mobilizing leadership, high standards, and strong results orientation.
- Communicates with clarity and impact in both French and English.
- Thrives in demanding, international, and evolving environments.

About the position

We’re seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Client Relationship Manager to strengthen our client partnerships and support our business growth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and expanding our client portfolio, developing trusted relationships and identifying new opportunities across international markets.
If you’re a confident communicator with a proven experience in client account management, sales and contract negotiation – and you thrive in a fast-paced, international setting – this position offers the chance to make a real impact within a growing consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Client Growth
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, from commercial negotiations to ongoing relationship management.
- Deliver exceptional service and customized solutions that strengthen client loyalty.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, converting leads into long-term partnerships.
- Maintain an active international sales pipeline and contribute to the company’s global growth strategy.
- Monitor client satisfaction and retention metrics, ensuring a consistently high level of service.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align client objectives with company goals.
International Sales & Market Development
- Act as a trusted ambassador for Biorius, promoting the company’s expertise in cosmetic regulatory consulting and related services.
- Represent Biorius at global trade shows, industry fairs, and professional events.
The ideal candidate:
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus, but not a must – relevant experience matters too!
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience in client relationship management, account management, or B2B sales.
- Background in the cosmetics industry or a related sector is highly valued.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken). Additional languages, particularly Spanish and Korean, are considered a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust
- Organized, proactive, and target-driven, with a clear focus on delivering results.
- Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, international environment.

We are looking for a reliable and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to help keep our head office in Wavre, BE running smoothly. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, with a strong focus on following up on outstanding payments and maintaining clear, timely communication with clients about invoices.
If you’re someone with sharp organizational skills, a knack for independent work, and confidence handling basic admin tasks, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative operations.
- Follow up with clients via email and phone regarding overdue invoices.
- Answer incoming calls, take messages and re-direct calls as required.
- Develop and maintain effective filing systems.
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Supporting other departments with administrative needs when needed.
- Carry out general ad hoc duties such as filing, data entry, document preparation.
- Stay informed about the latest office trends and best practices.
The ideal candidate:
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus, but not a must — relevant experience matters too!
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience as an Administrative, Personal, or Office Assistant — or in a similar support role.
- Confident communicator, with strong written and verbal skills.
- Must be fluent in both French and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a valuable bonus!
- Solid understanding of administration functions and best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
