Global Formula Check
The Global Formula Check involves a regulatory verification of the product for the selected regions, based on the INCI (International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients) composition provided by the client. Biorius delivers a safety and regulatory assessment determining in first approximation if a product is compatible with the legislation of countries of interest. This report includes:

This service extends to examining the formula through the breakdown of raw materials and their documentation. This comprehensive review provides a definitive answer regarding the compliance of a formula in a given country and is the first step toward its registration. Biorius conducts thorough reviews of all data related to safety and regulatory evaluations, confirming the product’s compliance and safety. Such a report includes:

A verification of the regulatory compliance of each ingredient and impurity substance present in the product with relevant regulations (bans and restrictions)

Formula Check
The formula check is a supporting document aimed at verifying if each substance complies with the relevant regulation. This review is based on the INCI composition only– as supplied by the Client. No verification whatsoever has been performed on the raw material’s information. Additional information (allergen report, impurities…) might be necessary to ensure the complete conformity and safety of the product.
Therefore, Biorius cannot make any warranty or assume any legal liability for this accuracy, completeness, or fitness purpose.
Formula Review
The formula review is a supporting document aimed at verifying if each substance complies with the relevant regulation. This review is based on the Raw Material composition – as supplied by the Client and on the relevant information on each raw material/ingredient necessary to conclude on the safety and compliance of the product.
After revision of all request data associated to the safety and/or regulatory evaluation, Biorius will conclude on the compliance and the safety of your product.
