Arbutin and certain substances with potential endocrine disrupting properties.<\/p><p>Commission Regulation (EU) 2024\/996, amending the EU cosmetic Regulation 1223\/2009, has been published in the EU Official Journal on April 4<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/p><p>This regulation amends annexes of EU Cosmetic Regulation 1223\/2009, to align them with Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety (SCCS) opinions, for the following substances:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-38338e2 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget
