I numerosi requisiti di questo emendamento entreranno in vigore il<sup>10<\/sup> gennaio 2020. Tutti i profumi dovranno conformarsi al <sup>49\u00b0<\/sup> emendamento IFRA entro 25 mesi.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Sebbene gli Standard IFRA siano un&#8217;autoregolamentazione, le Autorit\u00e0 europee ritengono che la conformit\u00e0 agli Standard IFRA sia un prerequisito per soddisfare l&#8217;Articolo 3 del Regolamento Europeo sui Cosmetici. L&#8217;elenco dei 125 standard IFRA nuovi e rivisti \u00e8 disponibile nell&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/gallery.mailchimp.com\/d3d80b99002742cef41679506\/files\/04d92753-2eaf-4587-9306-0726688fa24b\/IFRA_49th_Amendment_End_of_Consultation_Letter_Att._01_IFRA_Consultation_Letter.pdf\">allegato della Lettera di consultazione<\/a>.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>L&#8217;impatto di questa modifica sull&#8217;industria dei profumi \u00e8 enorme e, per questo motivo, l&#8217;IFRA ha deciso di concedere speciali periodi di transizione:<\/p>&#13;\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">&#13;\n<li>13 mesi per le nuove creazioni di composti di fragranze<\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li>25 mesi per la riformulazione di composti profumati esistenti<\/li>&#13;\n<\/ul>\r\n&#13;\n<p>Le scadenze iniziano a decorrere dalla data di pubblicazione della Lettera di notifica.
