Cette nouvelle l\u00e9gislation<a aria-label=\"undefined (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=CELEX:32018R0885&amp;from=EN\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">(UE n\u00b0 2018\/885<\/a>) rend ce processus obsol\u00e8te pour le MBBT et l&#8217;utilisation de sa forme nanom\u00e9trique devient nettement plus facile.<\/p>\n\n<p>L&#8217;utilisation de la forme normale de la MBBT reste autoris\u00e9e \u00e0 10% (entr\u00e9e 23) et aucun crit\u00e8re de puret\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifique ne s&#8217;applique. L&#8217;utilisation de la forme nanom\u00e9trique du MBBT est \u00e9galement autoris\u00e9e \u00e0 hauteur de 10 % (entr\u00e9e 23a), mais des crit\u00e8res de puret\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifiques doivent \u00eatre remplis :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ne pas utiliser dans des applications susceptibles d&#8217;entra\u00eener une exposition des poumons de l&#8217;utilisateur final par inhalation.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seuls les nanomat\u00e9riaux pr\u00e9sentant les caract\u00e9ristiques suivantes sont autoris\u00e9s :\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Puret\u00e9 \u2265 98,5 %, la fraction d&#8217;isom\u00e8res ne d\u00e9passant pas 1,5 % et pr\u00e9sentant le profil d&#8217;impuret\u00e9s suivant : eau &lt; 0,1 % ; Cr, Cu, Fe, Na, Pb, Sb, Se, Sn ou Zn &lt; 10 mg\/kg ; As ou Cd &lt; 5 mg\/kg ; Ni &lt; 3 mg ; Hg &lt; 1 mg\/kg ; Isopropanol \u2264 2,2 \u03bcg\/g ; Dibutylamine &lt; 0,5 \u03bcg\/g ; Xyl\u00e8ne (m\u00e9lange d&#8217;ortho-, m\u00e9ta- et para- isom\u00e8res) \u2264 6,8 \u03bcg\/g ; Formald\u00e9hyde \u2264 0,93 \u03bcg\/g ;  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solubilit\u00e9 &lt; 5 ng\/L dans l&#8217;eau \u00e0 25 \u00b0C ;  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Potentiel z\u00eata : -25 mV \u00e0 pH 7 ;  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coefficient de partage (Log Pow) : 12,7 \u00e0 25 \u00b0C ;  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sans rev\u00eatement ;  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taille m\u00e9diane des particules D50 (50 % du nombre de particules inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 ce diam\u00e8tre) : \u2265 120 nm pour la distribution de la masse et\/ou \u2265 60 nm pour la distribution de la taille du nombre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>En outre, l&#8217;autorit\u00e9 de r\u00e9glementation pr\u00e9cise qu'&#8221;en cas d&#8217;utilisation combin\u00e9e de m\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne bis-benzotriazolyl t\u00e9tram\u00e9thylbutylph\u00e9nol et de m\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne bis-benzotriazolyl t\u00e9tram\u00e9thylbutylph\u00e9nol (nano), la somme ne doit pas d\u00e9passer la limite de 10 %&#8221;.
