Dans la pratique, il semble que l&#8217;utilisation de ce conservateur par l&#8217;industrie cosm\u00e9tique soit tr\u00e8s rare.<\/p>\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9gulateurs europ\u00e9ens ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de r\u00e9glementer davantage cet ingr\u00e9dient et ses d\u00e9riv\u00e9s :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le niveau d&#8217;utilisation maximal dans les produits \u00e0 rincer reste de 0,2 % (en tant que ph\u00e9nol).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La nouvelle limite maximale d&#8217;utilisation dans les produits sans rin\u00e7age est de 0,15 % (sous forme de ph\u00e9nol).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&#8217;avertissement sp\u00e9cial &#8220;\u00c9viter le contact avec les yeux&#8221; est obligatoire pour tous les produits contenant ces ingr\u00e9dients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&#8217;utilisation de l&#8217;o-ph\u00e9nylph\u00e9nate de sodium, de l&#8217;o-ph\u00e9nylph\u00e9nate de potassium et de l&#8217;o-ph\u00e9nylph\u00e9nate de MEA dans les produits cosm\u00e9tiques devient interdite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Ce <a aria-label=\"undefined (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/FR\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=CELEX:32018R1847&amp;from=EN\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">nouvel amendement (UE n\u00b0 2018\/1847)<\/a> entrera en vigueur le lundi 17 d\u00e9cembre 2018.
