{"id":48824,"date":"2016-05-04T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-05-03T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/biorius.com\/cosmetic-news\/publication-des-amendements-au-reglement-cosmetique-de-lue-sur-loxyde-de-zinc-et-lhydroxyde-de-potassium\/"},"modified":"2024-05-08T11:23:24","modified_gmt":"2024-05-08T09:23:24","slug":"publication-des-amendements-au-reglement-cosmetique-de-lue-sur-loxyde-de-zinc-et-lhydroxyde-de-potassium","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/biorius.com\/fr\/cosmetic-news\/publication-des-amendements-au-reglement-cosmetique-de-lue-sur-loxyde-de-zinc-et-lhydroxyde-de-potassium\/","title":{"rendered":"Publication des amendements au r\u00e8glement cosm\u00e9tique de l&#8217;UE sur l&#8217;oxyde de zinc et l&#8217;hydroxyde de potassium"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>BIORIUS a le plaisir de vous informer que les amendements au r\u00e8glement cosm\u00e9tique de l&#8217;UE sur l&#8217;<a aria-label=\"undefined (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=CELEX:32016R0621&amp;rid=2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">oxyde de zinc<\/a> et l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=CELEX:32016R0622&amp;rid=3\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"undefined (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hydroxyde de potassium<\/a> ont finalement \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n<p>La publication de nouveaux amendements n&#8217;est pas toujours synonyme de mauvaises nouvelles et ces deux modifications des annexes du r\u00e8glement europ\u00e9en sur les produits cosm\u00e9tiques sont attendues avec impatience depuis des ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n<p>La premi\u00e8re (UE n\u00b0 621\/2016) reconna\u00eet officiellement l&#8217;utilisation de l&#8217;oxyde de zinc comme filtre UV et l&#8217;annexe VI du r\u00e8glement cosm\u00e9tique de l&#8217;UE a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise \u00e0 jour en cons\u00e9quence. Les formes normales et nano peuvent d\u00e9sormais \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es comme filtre UV jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 25 % (sauf dans les applications susceptibles d&#8217;entra\u00eener une exposition des poumons de l&#8217;utilisateur final par inhalation, o\u00f9 l&#8217;utilisation de l&#8217;oxyde de zinc n&#8217;est pas autoris\u00e9e).<\/p>\n\n<p>En outre, l&#8217;utilisation de la forme nano est conditionn\u00e9e par plusieurs crit\u00e8res de puret\u00e9 stricts :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>puret\u00e9 \u2265 96 %, avec une structure cristalline wurtzite et un aspect physique de grappes en forme de b\u00e2tonnets, d&#8217;\u00e9toiles et\/ou de formes isom\u00e9triques, avec des impuret\u00e9s constitu\u00e9es uniquement de dioxyde de carbone et d&#8217;eau, toutes les autres impuret\u00e9s \u00e9tant inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 1 % au total.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>diam\u00e8tre m\u00e9dian de la distribution de la taille du nombre de particules D50 (50 % du nombre inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 ce diam\u00e8tre) &gt; 30 nm et D1 (1 % inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 cette taille) &gt; 20 nm \uf0b7 solubilit\u00e9 dans l&#8217;eau &lt; 50 mg\/L<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>non enduits ou enduits de tri\u00e9thoxycaprylylsilane, de dim\u00e9thicone, de dim\u00e9thoxydiph\u00e9nylsilanetri\u00e9thoxycaprylylsilane crosspolymer, ou d&#8217;octyltri\u00e9thoxy silane.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Si les deux formes sont utilis\u00e9es dans les m\u00eames produits, la limite maximale d&#8217;utilisation de 25 % s&#8217;applique \u00e0 la combinaison de l&#8217;oxyde de zinc normal et de l&#8217;oxyde de zinc nano.<\/p>\n\n<p>Veuillez noter que l&#8217;annexe IV de la l\u00e9gislation n&#8217;a pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 modifi\u00e9e, ce qui signifie que (du moins en th\u00e9orie) l&#8217;utilisation de nano oxyde de zinc comme colorant est toujours r\u00e9glement\u00e9e par les dispositions de l&#8217;article 16 sur la notification des nanomat\u00e9riaux \u00e0 la Commission europ\u00e9enne.<\/p>\n\n<p>Le deuxi\u00e8me amendement (UE n\u00b0 622\/2016) reconna\u00eet officiellement l&#8217;utilisation de l&#8217;hydroxyde de potassium en tant qu&#8217;adoucisseur\/suppresseur de callosit\u00e9 et l&#8217;annexe III a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise \u00e0 jour pour mettre en \u00e9vidence ce changement.
