Ab heute kann dieser Inhaltsstoff in seiner normalen Form bis zu 10% verwendet werden.<\/p>\n\n<p>Bislang konnte auch die Nanoform dieses Materials verwendet werden, allerdings nur unter Einhaltung von Artikel 16, der eine spezielle CPNP-Meldung des Nanomaterials sechs Monate vor dem Inverkehrbringen eines Produkts, das es enth\u00e4lt, vorsieht. Diese neue Rechtsvorschrift<a aria-label=\"undefined (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=CELEX:32018R0885&amp;from=EN\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">(EU Nr. 2018\/885<\/a>) macht dieses Verfahren f\u00fcr MBBT obsolet und die Verwendung seiner Nanoform wird erheblich einfacher.<\/p>\n\n<p>Die Verwendung der normalen Form von MBBT bleibt mit 10% erlaubt (Eintrag 23) und es gelten keine besonderen Reinheitskriterien. Die Verwendung der Nanoform von MBBT ist mit 10% ebenfalls erlaubt (Eintrag 23a), aber es m\u00fcssen spezifische Reinheitskriterien erf\u00fcllt werden:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nicht f\u00fcr Anwendungen verwenden, die zu einer Exposition der Lunge des Endverbrauchers durch Einatmen f\u00fchren k\u00f6nnen.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es sind nur Nanomaterialien mit den folgenden Eigenschaften erlaubt:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reinheit \u2265 98,5 %, wobei der Isomerenanteil nicht mehr als 1,5 % betr\u00e4gt und das folgende Verunreinigungsprofil aufweist: Wasser &lt; 0,1 %; Cr, Cu, Fe, Na, Pb, Sb, Se, Sn oder Zn &lt; 10 mg\/kg; As oder Cd &lt; 5 mg\/kg; Ni &lt; 3 mg; Hg &lt; 1 mg\/kg; Isopropanol \u2264 2,2 \u03bcg\/g; Dibutylamin &lt; 0,5 \u03bcg\/g; Xylol (Mischung aus ortho-, meta- und para-Isomeren) \u2264 6,8 \u03bcg\/g; Formaldehyd \u2264 0,93 \u03bcg\/g;  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u00f6slichkeit &lt; 5 ng\/L in Wasser bei 25 \u00b0C;  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zeta-Potential: -25 mV bei pH 7;  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verteilungskoeffizient (Log Pow): 12,7 bei 25 \u00b0C;  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unbeschichtet;  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mediane Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe D50 (50 % der Anzahl unterhalb dieses Durchmessers): \u2265 120 nm der Massenverteilung und\/oder \u2265 60 nm der Anzahlgr\u00f6\u00dfenverteilung.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus legt die Regulierungsbeh\u00f6rde fest: &#8220;Bei kombinierter Verwendung von Methylen-Bis-Benzotriazolyl-Tetramethylbutylphenol und Methylen-Bis-Benzotriazolyl-Tetramethylbutylphenol (nano) darf die Summe den Grenzwert von 10% nicht \u00fcberschreiten.&#8221; Diese neue Verordnung wird 20 Tage nach ihrer Ver\u00f6ffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europ\u00e4ischen Union, also am 10.
