{"id":49241,"date":"2017-08-21T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-08-20T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/biorius.com\/cosmetic-news\/bevorstehendes-verbot-von-hicc_lyral-atranol-und-chloroatranol\/"},"modified":"2024-05-08T11:36:41","modified_gmt":"2024-05-08T09:36:41","slug":"bevorstehendes-verbot-von-hicc_lyral-atranol-und-chloroatranol","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/biorius.com\/de\/cosmetic-news\/bevorstehendes-verbot-von-hicc_lyral-atranol-und-chloroatranol\/","title":{"rendered":"Bevorstehendes Verbot von HICC_Lyral, Atranol und Chloroatranol"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die EU-Kommission hat <a aria-label=\"undefined (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=CELEX:32017R1410&amp;from=EN\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">eine neue Rechtsvorschrift (Verordnung EU Nr. 2017\/1410)<\/a> ver\u00f6ffentlicht, die die Verwendung von Hydroxyisohexyl-3-Cyclohexen-Carboxaldehyd (HICC, Handelsname: Lyral), 2,6-Dihydroxy-4-Methylbenzaldehyd (Atranol) und 3-Chlor-2,6-Dihydroxy-4-Methylbenzaldehyd (Chloratranol) verbietet. Diese drei Duftstoffallergene haben in den vergangenen Jahren die meisten F\u00e4lle von Kontaktallergien verursacht, was nach Ansicht des SCCS und der EU-Mitgliedstaaten ein vollst\u00e4ndiges Verbot rechtfertigt.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>HICC ist ein sehr wichtiger Bestandteil von Parf\u00fcms, und die Auswirkungen eines Verbots d\u00fcrften sehr gro\u00df sein. BIORIUS empfiehlt Ihnen, sich unverz\u00fcglich mit Ihren Duftstofflieferanten in Verbindung zu setzen, um die Neuformulierung Ihrer Parfums zu planen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Atranol und Chloroatranol sind keine Duftstoffe an sich, sondern kommen nat\u00fcrlich in Eichenmoos- (Evernia prunastri) und Baummoos-Extrakten (Pseudevernia furfuracea \/ Usnea furfuracea) vor.  <br\/>Die Auswirkungen dieser Verbote sind jedoch aus zwei Gr\u00fcnden viel weniger wichtig:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Eichenmoos und Baummoos werden typischerweise in hochwertigen Parf\u00fcms verwendet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IFRA, die International Fragrance Association, hat Standards durchgesetzt, die den Gehalt an Atranol und Chloroatranol in Eichenmoos- und Baummoosextrakten auf maximal 100 ppm beschr\u00e4nken. In Anbetracht der typischen Verd\u00fcnnung dieser Inhaltsstoffe \u00fcbersteigt die Konzentration von Atranol \/ Chloroatranol nicht 0,5 ppm in einem feinen Duft. Die EU-Kommission hat best\u00e4tigt, dass diese Spurenmenge tolerierbar ist, was bedeutet, dass ein IFRA-konformer Duftstoff nicht von dieser Gesetzgebung betroffen sein sollte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diese neue \u00c4nderung der EU-Kosmetikverordnung (EG Nr. 1223\/2009) wird am 23. August 2017 in Kraft treten. Angesichts der au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen Schwierigkeit, die HICC zu ersetzen, wurden von der EU-Kommission lange \u00dcbergangsfristen einger\u00e4umt:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ab dem 23. August 2019 (in 2 Jahren) d\u00fcrfen nur noch kosmetische Mittel <strong>auf den<\/strong> Unionsmarkt <strong>gebracht<\/strong> werden, die dieser Verordnung entsprechen (d.h. kein weiteres Inverkehrbringen von nicht konformen Produkten nach diesem Datum).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ab dem 23.
